Request appointment

To request an appointment online, send an email with Circumcision appointment as the subject to reception@integralmedical.co.uk with your name (and the child's name if the appointment is not for you), the preferred dates and times and whether you want the appointment in the clinic or at home (please provide the full address if you want the appointment at home). We will then either call you or email you to confirm the times if available.
