Testis cancer

Most testis cancers are detected by either the patient or his partner noticing a lump in the testicle - most lumps are nothing to worry about, but don't wait for it to go away.  Go and see your doctor straightaway - we in the medical profession would far sooner see a hundred men with nothing serious than miss the one who does have a problem.
